What Does Yardd Cost?

We launched Yardd because equine professionals deserve better tools — not more costs. So here is the honest answer on pricing.

During our launch phase, Yardd is completely free. No monthly subscription. No setup fee. No Yardd platform charge.

The only cost you will see is Stripe's standard card processing fee — approximately 1.5% plus 20p per transaction. This is the same fee you would pay on any other card platform. It is not a Yardd charge. It goes directly to Stripe.

As Yardd grows and we add features, we may introduce an optional premium tier for professionals who want advanced tools. Any change to pricing will be communicated with at least 90 days notice, and professionals who join during the launch phase will always receive our best available rate.

Professionals who join in our first six months are officially registered as Yardd Founder Members — locking in preferred pricing for as long as they remain on the platform.

  • Are there any hidden fees?
  • No. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee on card transactions. Nothing else during our launch phase.
  • What if I want to accept cash?
  • You can. Yardd does not require digital payment for every booking. You control how each client pays.
  • What if pricing changes?
  • We will tell you 90 days in advance. Founder Members are protected with the best available rate.
  • Can I cancel at any time?
  • Yes. There is no contract and no subscription to cancel. Your profile and data remain yours.
